You can remove or postpone a listing from a Multi-Lot Auction, depending on the timing of the action in relation to the scheduled auction. For further information, please review the Auction Postponement Rules.

Steps to Postponing or Removing a Listing from a Multi-Lot Auction

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console and go to your Auctions Live Dashboard.

Step 2: From the left-hand menu under Multi-Lot Auctions, select Upcoming Published.

Step 3: Locate the relevant multi-lot auction and click the blue View icon on the right-hand side.

Step 4: On the Presentations View page, select the Lots tab.

Step 5: Select the red button with the bin icon. A pop-up modal will appear asking you to confirm the reason for removal. The available options are Withdrawn or Postponed. Once you have selected the appropriate option, please confirm your request.

Handy Hint

Once you open and commence using the Multi-Lot Control Panel, including the auctioneer’s call signs and bid increments, the multi-lot presentation will be auto-locked, and you will no longer be able to remove listings.
