Can microphone audio and livestream presentation audio be managed separately?
Yes. Stream Studio allows microphone audio and presentation audio to be managed separately. You can select the microphone you want to use and adjust its volume independently from the presentation audio. You can also adjust the volume of BG Music and Media Music and mute or unmute them as required.
Important: Stream Studio must be enabled on your account before access is available. Please speak with your RE Software representative to have this feature enabled.
Once enabled, you can access Stream Studio after logging in by clicking the Grid Icon located in the top right corner of the webpage, then selecting Stream Studio.
You can also access Stream Studio directly from the Multi-Lot Auction Overview page.
