Yes, you can test your template in a live presentation environment by clicking the Play button located in the top right corner of the editor.

This will open the preview experience in a new tab, providing a control panel that closely mirrors the live auction environment. From here, you can review and test your presentation as it would appear during a live auction.

Updated Preview Workflow

Follow these steps to test your presentation before running a live auction:

1. Update your template configuration as required.
2. Click the blue Play button to launch the preview.
3. Re-sync the presentation to ensure your latest changes are applied.
4. Use the live-style control panel to review and test your presentation.
5. Once testing is complete, close the preview tab to return to Prezo Studio.

The enhanced preview experience provides a more accurate representation of the live auction environment, allowing you to fully validate your template before presenting it. By testing your template in preview mode, you can confirm that all controls, interactions, and presentation elements are working correctly before running an auction.

Important: Prezo Studio must first be enabled on your account before access is available. Please speak with your RE Software representative to have this feature enabled.

Once enabled, a user with the Office Administrator role will need to create a user account for members of the marketing team who require access.

Users must be assigned the Designer role to access Prezo Studio. Existing users can also be updated to include this role.

Once access has been configured, you can open Prezo Studio after logging in by clicking the Grid Icon located in the top right corner of the webpage, then selecting Prezo Studio.
