Why do I need to refresh the YouTube statistics?
YouTube statistics need to be fetched or refreshed to retrieve the latest available information from YouTube. If you need to check the latest YouTube stream status, use the available Fetch or Refresh option in Stream Studio.
Important: Stream Studio must be enabled on your account before access is available. Please speak with your RE Software representative to have this feature enabled.
Once enabled, you can access Stream Studio after logging in by clicking the Grid Icon located in the top right corner of the webpage, then selecting Stream Studio.
You can also access Stream Studio directly from the Multi-Lot Auction Overview page.
