What should I do if my YouTube statistics are not updating?
Select Fetch or Refresh in Stream Studio to retrieve the latest available YouTube information. If the information does not update immediately, allow some time for YouTube to provide the latest statistics and check again.
Important: Stream Studio must be enabled on your account before access is available. Please speak with your RE Software representative to have this feature enabled.
Once enabled, you can access Stream Studio after logging in by clicking the Grid Icon located in the top right corner of the webpage, then selecting Stream Studio.
You can also access Stream Studio directly from the Multi-Lot Auction Overview page.
