Why is my camera showing a black screen?
If your camera is showing a black screen in Stream Studio, check that the camera is connected before launching Stream Studio and that your browser has permission to access it. Also make sure the camera is not being used by another application, such as Google Meet or other video conferencing software. If multiple cameras are connected, check that the correct camera is selected in Stream Studio.
Important: Stream Studio must be enabled on your account before access is available. Please speak with your RE Software representative to have this feature enabled.
Once enabled, you can access Stream Studio after logging in by clicking the Grid Icon located in the top right corner of the webpage, then selecting Stream Studio.
You can also access Stream Studio directly from the Multi-Lot Auction Overview page.
