Why is renaming elements important?

Renaming elements helps keep your project organised and easier to manage, especially when working with complex presentations containing multiple layers and duplicated pages.

To rename an element, first select the item on the canvas. Then open the Configuration Panel on the right side and update the Name field.

As a best practice, avoid using generic names such as Text Box 1 or Shape A.

Instead, use clear and descriptive names such as Bid Price, Property Image Main, or Agent Contact.

Using meaningful element names makes the Layers panel easier to navigate, speeds up editing, and reduces mistakes when copying or duplicating presentation pages.
