Bidder Registration

Additional Bidder Registration Notification Recipients allow Subscribers to control which team members receive bidder registration updates. Use this setting to include additional Office Users, Office Admins, or Auctioneers who need visibility of bidder registrations.

Configure Additional Bidder Registration Notification Recipients

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console and navigate to your Dashboard.

Step 2: Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.

Step 3: From the left-hand menu, select Settings.

Step 4: Under Advanced, locate and select Notification Settings.

Step 5: Enable Additional Bidder Registration Notifications.

Step 6: Select the additional recipients you want to receive bidder registration notifications from the available Default Recipients options.

Step 7: Review the selected recipients and click Update to save your changes.

Helpful Tip

Default recipients will receive bidder registration notifications unless additional recipients are configured for an individual listing. Listing-specific recipient settings can be used when different team members need to be notified for specific auctions.
