Adding an Auctioneer Profile

Create an auctioneer profile and assign user access

An Auctioneer Profile lets you add an auctioneer to Auctions Live and assign the correct system access if they also need a user account.


Steps to Add an Auctioneer Profile and User Role

Step 1: Log into the PC Console.

Step 2: From the top Grid icon, select Account Management.

Step 3: The Account Management page will open.

Step 4: From the left-hand side menu, select Auctioneers.

Step 5: Click the green Add New Auctioneer button in the top-left corner.

Step 6: Enter the required auctioneer information, then click Update to save the details. Uploading a profile image and slide image is optional, depending on your multi-lot presentation setup.

Step 7: Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the green Create button.

Step 8: A pop-up modal will appear asking whether you would also like to create a User Account for the auctioneer. Select the appropriate option to complete the process.


Tip

Create a user account for the auctioneer if they need to log in and access Auctions Live directly. If the profile is only required for display or presentation purposes, a user account may not be needed.
