You can use Bulk Actions to manage Online Bidding Registration across multiple lots in a Multi-Lot Auction. This allows you to open or close Online Bidding Registration for selected lots without having to open and update each lot individually.

Manage Online Bidding Registration

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.

Step 2: From the menu on the left side, select Upcoming Published.

Step 3: Locate the relevant Multi-Lot Auction and click the blue View icon on the right-hand side.

Step 4: Within the Multi-Lot Auctions View page, go to the Lots section.

Step 5: Select the lots you want to update. You can select multiple lots or all relevant lots within the Multi-Lot Auction.

Step 6: Click Bulk Actions and select Auctions Live Online Bidding Registration.

Step 7: Choose whether to open or close the Online Bidding Registration Method for the selected lots, then click Bulk Update.

Step 8: A confirmation pop-up will appear asking Are you sure? Review the message to confirm that Online Bidding Registration will be updated for the selected lots, then click Yes, Enable to confirm the change.

The changes are applied only to the selected lots. Any unselected lots keep their existing registration settings.

Helpful Tip

Use Bulk Actions when you need to make the same Online Bidding Registration change across multiple lots. This saves you from opening and updating each lot individually.
