The Auctioneer Overview PDF is a downloadable document designed to assist the auctioneer before multi-lot auction begins. It provides a clear summary of each lot, including the description, one photo, and any key points entered against the lot.

This allows the auctioneer to quickly review important information and stay organised during the auction process.

Steps to Enable the Auctioneer Overview PDF

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console.

Step 2: Click the Gear icon in the top right corner. This opens the system settings.

Step 3: From the left hand menu, select Settings.

Step 4: In the left hand menu, click Printable OoS Settings. This is where printable auction documents are managed.

Step 5: Locate the setting titled Auctioneer Overview PDF.

Step 6: Ensure the setting is set to Shown, then click the green Update button to save your changes.

What Happens Next

Once enabled, a new button labelled Auctioneer Overview PDF will appear within the Multi-Lot Auctions Overview tab.

This button is located in the Auction Data row and allows you to generate and download the PDF for the auctioneer.

Tip

This PDF is useful to provide the auctioneer with a structured overview before the multi-lot auction starts. It ensures all key information is easily accessible in one place without needing to navigate through the system during the auction.
