Quick Reference > Publishing Reserve Prices Prior to Auction

The Auto Publish Reserve Price setting allows your organisation to automatically publish reserve prices for upcoming auctions. Once enabled, the reserve price will be published seven days before the scheduled auction date, unless the setting is changed for an individual listing.

Steps to Enable Automatic Reserve Price Publication in System Settings

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console.

Step 2: Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.

Step 3: From the left hand menu, select Settings.

Step 4: Select the Advanced tab.

Step 5: Locate the System Defaults section.

Step 6: Locate the Auto Publish Reserve Price setting.

Step 7: Enable Auto Publish Reserve Price.

Step 8: Click Update to save your changes.

Important Note

Once enabled, Auctions Live will automatically publish a listing's reserve price seven days before the scheduled auction date. The publication setting can still be changed for an individual listing when required.
