Bidder Registration

You can edit the details of pre-registered bidders via the PC Console. This is useful if you need to update a bidder's information prior to the vetting and approval process, ensuring all details are accurate before auction day.

Steps to Edit Pre-Registered Bidder Details

Step 1: Log into the PC Console and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.

Step 2: From the left-hand side menu, select All Upcoming.

Step 3: Click the View icon to the right of the property you want to manage.

Step 4: Select the Pre-Registered Bidders tab at the top of the page.

Step 5: Click the Edit icon next to the bidder you wish to update.

Step 6: Make the required changes to the bidder's information.

Step 7: Click the green Update button on the lower right-hand side to save your changes.

Handy Hint

Once a pre-registered bidder is approved, their profile will automatically move to the Bidders tab.

You can edit all fields except the email address.

If an Auctions Live Online bidder has not verified their email address, a (!) symbol will appear. You can click this symbol to resend the verification email.
