Enter and Publish a Reserve Price

Set a listing reserve price and control when it is published to bidders

Once Auto Publish Reserve Price has been enabled within your system settings, you can enter a reserve price for an individual auction listing and control when the reserve price is published to bidders.

Steps to Enter and Publish a Reserve Price

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.

Step 2: From the left hand menu, select All Upcoming. All imported properties will appear under the Unassigned tab until they are assigned.

Step 3: Locate the relevant property and click the blue View icon on the right hand side.

Step 4: On the Listing Overview page, navigate to the Reserve Price and Income for Yield section.

Step 5: Click the Update Reserve and Income for Yield button.

Step 6: Enter the required amount in the Reserve Price field.

Step 7: Under Disclose Reserve Price, select the required publication option:

  • Never: The reserve price will not be published.
  • Auto Publish: The reserve price will automatically be published seven days before the scheduled auction.
  • Always: The reserve price will be published immediately.

Step 8: Click Update to save the reserve price and publication setting.

Important Note

The publication option selected for an individual listing controls whether and when its reserve price is made available to bidders. Select the appropriate option before saving your changes.
