Prepare Contracts for Digital Signing

Configure signature fields and purchaser details within Auctions Live before auction day.

You can prepare a Contract of Sale within Auctions Live before an auction by uploading the contract and placing the required signature and purchaser detail fields onto the document for digital signing.

Upload and prepare a Contract of Sale

Step 1: Sign in to the Auctions Live PC Console and click Dashboard.

Step 2: Select Upcoming from the left-hand side menu.

Step 3: Locate the property and click the View (eye icon) button under the Actions column.

Step 4: From the Property Overview page, click Upload Contract of Sale and upload the correct contract file from your computer or cloud storage.

Step 5: Add a Signature Field to the document by clicking or dragging and dropping the field onto the contract.

Step 6: Click the Primary Agent profile.

Step 7: Scroll down and select the Purchaser Name field.

Step 8: Place the field onto the document by clicking or dragging and dropping it into position.

Step 9: Resize and reposition the field as required using your mouse.

Step 10: Repeat the process to add any additional purchaser detail fields required.

Step 11: Scroll down and select the Purchaser Address field, then place it onto the document.

Step 12: Add the Sold Price, Deposit, and Balance fields to the document.

Step 13: Select the Vendor Recipient.

Step 14: Place the required Signature Field onto the document for the vendor.

Step 15: Select the Purchaser Details recipient and press the Enter key to confirm the recipient.

Step 16: Place the purchaser Signature Field onto the document.

Step 17: Click Save & Continue to save the prepared contract.


Helpful Tip

Ensure at least one vendor has been added to the property before starting the document signing setup. It is also recommended to wait until the auction has concluded before continuing with the digital signing process.
