Pre-register Bidders via PC Console

Manually add bidders to streamline auction day registration

You can pre-register bidders for an auction directly from the PC Console. This feature helps streamline the registration process on auction day by allowing you to enter bidder details in advance.

Steps to Pre-register a Bidder via the PC Console

Step 1: Log into the PC Console and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.

Step 2: From the left-hand side menu, select All Upcoming.

Step 3: Locate the property for which you want to pre-register a bidder and click the View icon on the right side of the listing. This opens the Overview tab.

Step 4: Click on the Pre-Registered Bidder tab located at the top of the page. This tab is specifically for managing bidders who will be pre-registered.

Step 5: Click the green +Pre-Register Bidder button. This will open a form for entering the bidder's details.

Step 6: Choose a Bidding Method. You can select either In-person bidding or Telephone bidding, depending on how the bidder intends to participate.

Step 7: Select a Bidder Registration Type. Your options are Individual, Third party, or Company/Trust/Superfund. This helps categorise the bidder's legal entity.

Step 8: Complete the form fields on behalf of the bidder. Make sure to enter all required information accurately.

Step 9: Click the green Create button at the bottom right corner of the page. This saves the pre-registration.

Important Information

Verification is still required: All pre-registered bidders must still be verified. This can be done either through the Auctions Live PC Console or using the Auctions Live Mobile Console app. During the verification process, you can assign a bidder number and approve the individual.

No documentation upload: Please note that when you manually pre-register a bidder, you cannot upload any supporting documentation through this process.

Auctions Live Online Bidders: These bidders must register themselves, as they are required to agree to all Bidder and Auction Terms and Conditions and verify their email address.
