Check Reserve Price Publication Status

Quickly confirm if a reserve price is entered and published

The Publish Status column allows you to quickly confirm whether a reserve price has been entered and published for each upcoming auction. This makes it easy to identify listings that may require attention without opening each individual listing.

Steps to Check the Reserve Price Publication Status

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.

Step 2: From the left hand side menu, select All Upcoming.

Step 3: Locate the relevant property and check the Publish Status column.

Step 4: Review the status indicator displayed for the listing:

🔴 Red: Reserve Not Entered means a reserve price has not yet been entered for the listing.

🟡 Yellow: Reserve Not Published means a reserve price has been entered, but it has not yet been published.

🟢 Green: Reserve Published means a reserve price has been entered and successfully published.

Important

The selling agent is responsible for ensuring the correct reserve price is entered and maintained in Auctions Live at all times. Always check the Publish Status before the scheduled auction to confirm the reserve price has the required publication status.
