Learn how to assign a Prezo Studio template to a new or existing multi-lot auction presentation.

Assigning a Prezo Studio Template to a presentation allows your auction event to use your custom-designed slides. Templates can be assigned when creating a new multi-lot auction or updated on an existing one at any time.

Before assigning a template, ensure your design is complete and the template has been locked in Prezo Studio.

Assigning a Template to a New Presentation

To assign a template to a new presentation, switch back to the Auctions Live platform and create a new multi-lot auction.

Switch to Auctions Live
Click the grid icon in the top-left corner to switch back to the Auctions Live platform.

To Create a Multi-Lot Auction
Click Create under Multi-Lot Auctions to open the new auction form.

Multi-Lot Presentation Template
Click the Multi-Lot Presentation Template dropdown and select the desired template to assign it to the presentation.

OBS Presentation Template
Click the OBS Presentation Template dropdown and select the desired template to assign it to the OBS output.

Create via Express Queue
Once all details are filled in, click Create via Express Queue to finalise and create the auction.

Changing a Template on an Existing Presentation

Templates can be updated on existing auctions at any time from the Upcoming section.

Edit the Auction
Navigate to Upcoming, then click Edit under the Actions column for the relevant auction.

Multi-Lot Presentation Template
Click the Multi-Lot Presentation Template dropdown and select the desired template.

OBS Presentation Template
Click the OBS Presentation Template dropdown and select the desired template.

Save Changes
Click Update to apply the new template to the presentation.
