Boardroom Player Network Setup

How to fix Boardroom Player connection issues in office networks

This guide explains what to check if Auctions Live Boardroom Player is not working in your office. In many cases, this may be caused by office network or firewall settings blocking the required streaming ports.

Step 1

Ask your IT provider or network administrator to check whether your office network has a restrictive firewall or blocked ports.

Step 2

Ensure the following network ports are allowed.

Traffic Type Ports Type
WebRTC Connection 443 TCP
WebRTC Media Server 49152 to 65535 UDP
STUN/TURN Servers 443, 3478, 5349 TCP and UDP

Step 3

Ask your IT provider to whitelist the following domains.

  • *.millicast.com
  • *.twilio.com
  • *.dolby.io

Once the required ports and domains have been allowed, restart your browser and test Boardroom Player again.
