Boardroom Player Network Setup
How to fix Boardroom Player connection issues in office networks
This guide explains what to check if Auctions Live Boardroom Player is not working in your office. In many cases, this may be caused by office network or firewall settings blocking the required streaming ports.
Step 1
Ask your IT provider or network administrator to check whether your office network has a restrictive firewall or blocked ports.
Step 2
Ensure the following network ports are allowed.
| Traffic Type | Ports | Type |
|---|---|---|
| WebRTC Connection | 443 | TCP |
| WebRTC Media Server | 49152 to 65535 | UDP |
| STUN/TURN Servers | 443, 3478, 5349 | TCP and UDP |
Step 3
Ask your IT provider to whitelist the following domains.
- *.millicast.com
- *.twilio.com
- *.dolby.io
Step 4
Refer your IT provider to the official Dolby OptiView network requirements page for further details.

Step 5
Once the required ports and domains have been allowed, restart your browser and test Boardroom Player again.
