Multi-lot Presentation Scenes
How to add and manage presentation scenes
Auctions Live offers a powerful expansion pack called Clips for multi-lot auction presentations. This includes a feature called Scenes, which allows you to catalogue promotional slides and videos, enhancing your Auctions Live Multi-Lot Presentations. They increase engagement with both in-room and online audiences during auction events.
Important Notes
It is highly recommended to add scenes containing multimedia and images only on days when no auctions are scheduled, to ensure a smooth experience.
Before proceeding, confirm with your Auctions Live account manager that the Clips Expansion Pack is enabled for your account.
Steps to Add a Scene
Step 1: Log in to the PC Console.
Step 2: Click the Gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Click on Scenes under the Clips Expansion Pack section.
Step 4: Click the Add Folder icon on the right-hand side. A new folder will appear. Enter your desired scene name and click the Update button at the bottom right.
Step 5: Click on the newly created scene folder to open it and manage media.
Step 6: Click the blue Media button to add media. Drag and drop the files you wish to display into the presentation area, then click the green Upload button to save them.
Important Guidelines
To ensure a high-quality digital in-room presentation, follow these recommendations:
- Use images with a minimum dimension of 1920 × 1080 pixels and an aspect ratio of 16:9.
- Ensure the file size does not exceed 30MB.
Steps to Reorder Media in a Scene
Step 1: Log in to the PC Console.
Step 2: Click the Gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Click on Scenes under the Clips Expansion Pack section.
Step 4: Click on the scene folder you want to edit to open and manage media.
Step 5: Click the green Reorder button to rearrange your media.
Step 6: Select Save New Order to apply the changes.
Steps to Delete a Scene
Step 1: Log in to the PC Console.
Step 2: Click the Gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Click on Scenes under the Clips Expansion Pack section.
Step 4: Click on the scene folder you wish to delete to open and manage media.
Step 5: Click Select Files to Delete to remove all media files from the scene folder.
Step 6: Click the Back button to return to the Scenes folders page.
Step 7: Click the red Delete button beside the folder name.
Step 8: Click the Update button to save the changes.
