Bidder Registration

You can download a completed electronic bidder registration form from the PC Console for both upcoming and completed Auctions Live properties. The registration form is generated as a PDF and can be saved or printed for your records.

Steps to Download a Completed Electronic Bidder Registration Form

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.

Step 2: From the left hand menu, select All Upcoming or All Past, depending on when the auction is scheduled or was conducted.

Step 3: Select the Assigned tab, locate the relevant property, then click the blue View icon.

Step 4: Select the Bidders tab at the top of the property page.

Step 5: Locate the bidder whose electronic bidder registration form you want to download, then click the blue View icon beside that bidder.

Step 6: On the View Bidder page, select either Print or Print (No T&Cs) from the top right corner of the page.

Step 7: Depending on your browser settings, the completed electronic bidder registration form will either open as a PDF in your browser or download automatically as a PDF file.

Important Note

Select Print if you require the completed bidder registration form with the applicable terms and conditions. Select Print (No T&Cs) if you require a version without the terms and conditions.
