Postponement Rules for Onsite/Virtual/Timed/Stream-Only Auctions

Eligibility for Postponements within 120 days of the Assigned Date:
To be eligible to postpone an auction within 120 days of the date it was assigned, you must request the postponement before the scheduled auction date and time, or before any call sign or bid is placed on the listing.

Failure to Postpone in a Timely Manner:
If you do not postpone the listing before the scheduled auction date and time, or before any call sign or bid is placed on the listing:
- You will not be able to change the date of the auction.
- The listing will not be able to be reassigned to a new auction type.
- Applicable fees will be charged.

Re-listing Requirements:
If you fail to postpone a listing in a timely manner:
- You will need to duplicate the original listing and assign the new listing to a new auction type
- Additional fees will apply for this process.
Postponement Rules for Multi-Lot Auctions

Eligibility for Postponements within 120 days of the Assigned Date:
To be eligible to postpone an auction within 120 days of the date it was assigned, you must request the postponement before the scheduled auction date and time, or before any call sign or bid is placed within any of the listings in the same multi-lot auction.

Failure to Postpone in a Timely Manner:
If you do not postpone the listing before the scheduled auction date and time, or before any call sign or bid is placed within any of the listings in the same multi-lot auction:
- You will not be able to change the date of the multi-lot auction presentation.
- The listing will remain in the multi-lot auction presentation and can only be hidden.
- Applicable fees will be charged.

If you fail to postpone a listing in a timely manner:
- You will need to duplicate the original listing and assign the new listing to the new multi-lot event.
- Additional fees will apply for this process.
