Why is Stream Studio not loading my presentation?
If Stream Studio is not loading your presentation, first check that you have opened the correct auction and presentation and that the presentation has the required layouts and elements configured. Stream Studio relies on the presentation setup for the event, so launching Stream Studio directly from the relevant presentation is the recommended approach. Also check that Auctions Live Stream Pro was enabled when the live stream was created. You can confirm this by checking the Stream Key section. If Stream Pro is active, you will see two icons next to the Stream Key. If Auctions Live Stream Pro is not active, or you are unsure whether it was enabled, contact your Auctions Live representative for assistance.
Important: Stream Studio must be enabled on your account before access is available. Please speak with your RE Software representative to have this feature enabled.
Once enabled, you can access Stream Studio after logging in by clicking the Grid Icon located in the top right corner of the webpage, then selecting Stream Studio.
You can also access Stream Studio directly from the Multi-Lot Auction Overview page.
