This guide explains how to assign and publish a property for an onsite auction via the PC Console. Publishing ensures the property is visible on your office’s website and categorised correctly for onsite bidding.

Steps to Assign and Publish an Onsite Auction

Step 1: Log into the PC Console and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.

Step 2: From the left-hand side menu, select All Upcoming.

Step 3: All imported properties will appear under the Unassigned & Draft section.

Step 4: Locate the relevant property and click the blue Edit icon on the right-hand side.

Step 5: Navigate to the Auction Type field and use the dropdown menu to select Onsite.

Step 6: In the Published Status dropdown, change the status from Draft to Published. This will make the property visible on your office’s website.

Step 7: Once complete, click the green Update button at the top or bottom right corner of the screen to save changes and return to the Overview tab.

Step 8: To live stream the auction, scroll down and click +Create Live Stream, then click Create.

Top Tip

To enable electronic bidder registration, make sure the Bidder Registration toggle is set to Enable for each method you wish to offer.
