You can add and manage vendor details within Auctions Live to ensure all vendor, solicitor, conveyancer, and Power of Attorney information is recorded correctly for the property.

Add and edit vendor details

Step 1: Sign in to the Auctions Live PC Console and click Dashboard.

Step 2: Select Upcoming from the left-hand side menu.

Step 3: Locate the property and click the View (eye icon) under the Actions column.

Step 4: Click the Vendors tab.

Step 5: Click the Add Vendor Details button.

Step 6: Select the vendor type from the dropdown menu and choose either Individual or Company / Trust / Superfund, then complete the required fields.

Step 7: If additional vendors are required, click the Add Additional Vendors button and complete the required fields for each vendor.

Step 8: If you need to remove an additional vendor, click the Delete Vendor button and select Yes to confirm.

Step 9: Select Yes to add Solicitor / Conveyancer Details and complete the required fields.

Step 10: If required, select Yes to add Power of Attorney (POA) details and complete the available fields.

Step 11: Click the Update button to save your changes.

Edit existing vendor details

Step 1: Open the Vendors tab for the property.

Step 2: Click the Edit Vendor Details button.

Step 3: Update the required vendor information.

Step 4: Click the Update button to save your changes.

Helpful Tip

You can add up to six additional vendors for a property and manage associated Solicitor, Conveyancer, and Power of Attorney details directly within the Vendors tab.
