Bidder Registration

You can manually approve pre-registered bidders on auction day directly from the Auctions Live PC Console. Use this process after reviewing the bidder registration form, supporting documents, and ID details.

Approve a Pre-Registered Bidder

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.

Step 2: From the left-hand side menu, select All Upcoming.

Step 3: Locate the property you want to approve a pre-registered bidder for, then click the View icon on the right side of the listing. This opens the Overview tab.

Step 4: Click the Pre-Registered Bidder tab at the top of the page.

Step 5: Click the blue Eye icon to open the completed bidder registration form.

Step 6: Review the form fields, uploaded documentation, and ID to confirm you are satisfied with the submitted information.

Step 7: In the Bidding Details section at the top of the form, assign a bidder number.

Step 8: Switch the ID Verified toggle to the right. The toggle will turn blue once enabled.

Step 9: Select the green Approve button.

Step 10: The bidder registration record will be updated, and the bidder will move from the Pre-Registered Bidders tab to the Bidders tab.

Helpful Tip

Always review the bidder’s submitted details and ID documentation before selecting Approve. Once approved, the bidder will appear in the active Bidders tab for that auction.
