Once phone bidders have been approved for an auction, you can print a phone bidder run sheet from the relevant property. The run sheet provides the agency representative with the bidder and buyer information required to manage phone bidding during the auction.

Steps to Print the Phone Bidder Run Sheet

Step 1: Open the relevant auction property.

Step 2: Navigate to the Bidders section.

Step 3: Select the Information icon identified by the i symbol.

Step 4: Select Print.

Step 5: Choose the required print option.

The available print options are:

• Print with Terms and Conditions: Includes bidder information, terms and conditions, and property images.
• Print without Terms and Conditions: Includes bidder and buyer information without the terms and conditions. The primary buyer's documentation is included on the second page.

Before Using Phone Bidding via an Agency Representative

Before assigning and managing phone bidders through an agency representative, ensure the following requirements have been completed:

• Phone Bidding via a Representative is enabled in System Settings.
• Phone Bidding via a Representative is enabled on the relevant auction listing.
• Each agency representative profile contains a full name, email address and phone number.
• The relevant agency representative has access to the Mobile Console.
• Selling Agent Associates and the relevant notification settings are configured if email notifications are required.
