Stream Studio allows you to manage presentation audio separately from the microphone. You can control the volume and mute or unmute BG Music and Media Music independently, making it easier to manage audio for the online audience during the live auction.

BG Music refers to the background music played for the in-room audience before the auction begins or after the auction has finished.

Media Music refers to the audio associated with listing videos and other media included in the presentation, such as media used in intro and outro loops, scenes or advertisements.

Manage Presentation Audio

Step 1: Locate the Presentation Audio section in Stream Studio.

Step 2: You can adjust the volume using the volume control under BG music or media music depending which one is required.

Step 3: Use the available audio control to mute or unmute the presentation audio.

Step 4: Check the presentation audio setting before starting the broadcast to confirm it is set as required.

Helpful Tip

Presentation audio is managed separately from the microphone, so you can adjust the presentation audio level without changing the microphone volume. Presentation Audio ON/OFF feature is available within the Control Panel for easier management.

Should you ever wish to update the Audio track, please send an Copyright/royalty free .mp3 file to your Auctions live representative and create a service request.
