Real Time Agent Integration Guide
How to connect Auctions Live with Real Time Agent
The Real Time Agent integration allows winning bidder information to be transferred directly from Auctions Live into Real Time Agent. This reduces manual data entry and helps lower the risk of duplication or error.
Once enabled, the integration sends key sale details, including buyer information and sale price, at the conclusion of an auction.
Steps to Activate the Real Time Agent Integration
Step 1: Contact your Real Time Agent representative to request activation of the integration.
Step 2: Your representative will work with the Auctions Live onboarding team to generate a unique Integration Key. This connects your Auctions Live account to Real Time Agent.
Step 3: Wait for the confirmation notification within Auctions Live to confirm the integration has been activated successfully.
Steps to Link a Property to Real Time Agent
Step 1: Log in and go to Upcoming under Auction Properties in the left hand menu.
Step 2: Select the property, then click the View icon.
Step 3: In the Overview tab, locate RTA Property Status Push.
Step 4: Toggle the setting to Allow. This lets Auctions Live attempt to match the property with Real Time Agent automatically.
Step 5: If the property is not matched automatically, complete the manual matching option shown on screen.
How Data Is Transmitted
Once the auction has concluded and a winning bidder number has been entered, Auctions Live will automatically send the following information to Real Time Agent:
Winning bidder details
Sale price
This process happens instantly once the auction is completed correctly.
Steps to Manually Send Data to Real Time Agent
If a winning bidder number is not selected when the auction is completed, the data will not be sent automatically.
Step 1: Go to the property Overview tab.
Step 2: Click Edit Bid Records and enter the winning bidder number.
Step 3: Return to the Overview page.
Step 4: Click Send to RTA Manually.
This will transmit all relevant data to Real Time Agent.
Important Information
After the data has been transmitted, any changes to contact details or buyer information must be managed within Real Time Agent.
Auctions Live does not manage or update this information once it has been sent successfully.
Support
For any questions about data after it has been transmitted, please contact your Real Time Agent representative or email support@realtimeagent.com.au.
Disclaimer
The Real Time Agent integration depends on correct setup and accurate user input within Auctions Live. Auctions Live is not responsible for any discrepancies, omissions, or updates required after data has been transmitted to Real Time Agent. Users should ensure all auction details, including winning bidder information, are entered correctly before transmission.
