Bidder Registration

Send a notification to all registered bidders associated with an auction. Use this feature when you need to share important updates with every registered bidder at the same time.

Sending Notifications to All Registered Bidders

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console and navigate to your Dashboard.

Step 2: Locate the relevant property from the All Upcoming / All Past tab.

Step 3: Select the Assigned tab, locate the relevant property, then click the blue View icon.

Step 4: Navigate to the Registered / Pre Registered Bidders tab.

Step 5: Select Send Mass Notifications.

Step 6: Select Notify All Bidders as the bidder group.

Step 7: Enter the relevant subject and notification message.

Step 8: Review the notification details and select Send.

Helpful Tip

Review the selected bidder group before sending to confirm the notification is being sent to the intended recipients.
