Multi-Lot Auctions > Pre-Auction

You can hide listings within a Multi-Lot Auction at any time, although it is recommended to do so prior to the auction. Hidden listings will not appear in the live presentation but can be restored later if needed.

Steps to Hide a Listing in a Multi-Lot Auction

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console and go to your Auctions Live Dashboard.

Step 2: From the left-hand menu under Multi-Lot Auctions, select Upcoming Published.

Step 3: Locate the relevant multi-lot auction and click the blue View icon on the right-hand side.

Step 4: On the Presentations View page, select the Lots tab.

Step 5: Click the yellow Hide button next to the lot you want to hide. A pop-up modal will appear confirming this action. Select Yes to proceed.

Once confirmed, the lot will be hidden from view and will be listed under Hidden Lots on the Multi-Lot Auctions View page.

You can unhide the lot at any time by selecting the blue Show button corresponding to the lot.
