Creating a Multi-Lot Auction Prezo
Learn how to set up auction details, lots, and sold results
Creating a Multi-Lot Auction allows you to prepare an auction event with multiple properties, set the order of sale, add auction details, and include recently sold lots for presentation purposes.
The setup is divided into three main sections:
Setup Sections
- Multi-Lot Auction Details
- Additional Details
- Recently Sold Lots
Multi-Lot Auction Details
The Multi-Lot Auction Details section is where you enter the core event information, including the auction date, time, publish status, intro text, and selected auction lots.
Auction Date and Time
Use Auction Date and Time to set when the auction event will take place.
Publish Status
The Publish Status controls whether the auction event is visible on the website widget.
- Draft and Completed events are not visible on the widget.
- Published events are visible on the widget.
Intro Text
The Intro Text field is used to enter the event name or opening text for the auction presentation.
Upcoming Lots
The Upcoming Lots area displays available properties that can be added to the auction event. Double click each required lot to move it into Selected Auction Lots.
Selected Auction Lots
Only listings shown in Selected Auction Lots will be added to the auction event.
Order of Sale
The Order of Sale controls the sequence in which properties appear during the auction. This order can be updated at any time. If the event contains only one property, select Finalised.
Additional Details
The Additional Details section is used to configure the venue, auction department, auctioneer details, and external scribe access.
Auction Venue
Select the Auction Venue for the event. New auction venues can be added from the Auction Venue menu in the sidebar by users with administrator access.
Auction Department or House
The Auction Department or House field controls which auctioneers are available for selection. The default option allows you to select your own auctioneers, while corporate or auction house options allow you to select auctioneers from the relevant dropdown list.
Introducing Auctioneer
Select the Introducing Auctioneer who will welcome attendees to the auction. Different auctioneers can also be selected for individual properties if required.
External Scribe Permission
External Scribe Permission grants scribe access to the selected account, allowing an external user or team to assist with auction scribing.
Recently Sold Lots
The Recently Sold Lots section is used to add past sold properties to the presentation intro.
Sold Lots
The Sold Lots area displays past sold lots that can be included in the presentation. Double click each required lot to move it into Selected Sold Lots.
Selected Sold Lots
Only properties shown in Selected Sold Lots will appear in the recently sold section of the presentation.
Disclose Recent Results Sold Price
The Disclose Recent Results Sold Price setting controls whether sold prices are shown for recently sold properties. Select Hide if you want to remove the sold price and display only the Sold Sticker.
