Once Phone Bidding via a Representative has been enabled for an auction listing, you can assign an agency representative to an eligible buyer who has registered to bid by phone.

The assigned representative can then access the buyer through the Mobile Console and place bids on their behalf during the live auction.

Steps to Assign an Agency Representative to a Phone Bidder

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.

Step 2: From the left hand menu, select All Upcoming.

Step 3: Select the Assigned tab.

Step 4: Locate the relevant property and open the Bidders section.

Step 5: Locate the buyer who has selected Phone Bidding via an Agency Representative as their bidding method.

Step 6: Assign the appropriate Agency Representative to the buyer. This determines which representative can access and bid on behalf of the buyer during the auction.

Step 7: Save or update the bidder registration to confirm the assignment.

Important Note

Once an agency representative has been assigned, the phone bidder will be available to that representative through the Mobile Console. The representative can then place bids on the buyer's behalf during the live auction.
