Multi-Lot Auctions > Pre-Auction

You can re-order listings within a Multi-Lot Auction Presentation at any time prior to the auction. This lets you adjust the sequence of lots to suit the auctioneer’s preferences or strategic requirements.

Steps to Re-Order a Multi-Lot Auction Presentation

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console and go to your Auctions Live Dashboard.

Step 2: From the left-hand menu under Multi-Lot Auctions, select Upcoming Published.

Step 3: Locate the relevant multi-lot auction and click the blue View icon on the right-hand side.

Step 4: On the Presentations View page, select the Lots tab.

Step 5: Click the green Re Order button. The displayed list of lots will switch to reorder mode. Use the Up-Down-Left-Right Arrow icon beside each lot to drag and drop them into the new order.

Step 6: Once finished, click the green Save New Order button in the top-right corner of the page.

Important Note

If reordering is done on the auction day, please remember to refresh both the Control Panel and the Presentation URL to ensure the updated order displays correctly.
