Auctions Live supports integration with Google Calendar/Meet and Zoom for clients who wish to conduct Video Conferencing Multi-Lot Auctions. When enabled, this feature allows individuals to register to bid on your website via the Hosted Website Widget, while the system automatically sends and manages meeting invitations within the platform.

Before Scheduling a Video Conferencing Multi-Lot Auction

Before you can schedule a Video Conferencing Multi-Lot Auction, you must first integrate your account with either:

• Google Calendar/Meet
• Zoom

Steps to Schedule a Video Conferencing Event for a Multi-Lot Auction

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console and go to your Auctions Live Dashboard.

Step 2: From the left-hand menu under Multi-Lot Auctions, select Upcoming Published.

Step 3: Locate the relevant Multi-Lot Auction and click the blue View icon on the right-hand side.

Step 4: On the Multi-Lot Auctions View page, scroll down until you see the row titled Video Conferencing Event. Select the green Video Conferencing Event button. A pop-up modal will appear confirming the creation of the event. Select the green Create button to finalise.

Steps to Enable Video Conferencing Bidder Registration

Step 1: From the left-hand menu, select All Upcoming.

Step 2: Locate the relevant property and click the blue Edit icon on the right-hand side.

Step 3: Navigate to the Bidder Registration Type and ensure Video Conferencing is enabled.

Step 4: Once complete, click the green Update button at the top or bottom right corner of the screen to save changes and return to the Overview tab.
