What cameras and microphones are supported?
Stream Studio supports built-in computer webcams, USB-connected cameras, built-in microphones and USB-connected microphones that are recognised by your computer and available to your browser.
If you are using a wireless microphone, make sure the receiver is connected to the computer and powered on before launching Stream Studio. This gives the computer time to detect the device and load the required drivers.
IP or network-based cameras are not currently guaranteed to be compatible with Stream Studio.
If multiple cameras or microphones are connected, Stream Studio allows you to select the required device from the available options.
Important: Stream Studio must be enabled on your account before access is available. Please speak with your RE Software representative to have this feature enabled.
Once enabled, you can access Stream Studio after logging in by clicking the Grid Icon located in the top right corner of the webpage, then selecting Stream Studio.
