Bidding method indicators are displayed directly in the Multi-Lot Auction lots section. Use these indicators to quickly check whether Online Bidding Registration is enabled or disabled without opening each individual listing.

Check the Bidding Method Indicator

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.

Step 2: From the menu on the left side, select Upcoming Published.

Step 3: Locate the relevant Multi-Lot Auction and click the blue View icon on the right-hand side.

Step 4: Within the Multi-Lot Auctions View page, go to the Lots section.

Step 5: Locate the Bidder Registration indicator under the trading and selling agent name for the lot you want to review.

Step 6: Check the indicator colour. A green indicator means Online Bidding Registration is enabled.

Step 7: Check for a red indicator. A red indicator means Online Bidding Registration is disabled.

Step 8: Hover over the indicator to display the status, showing whether Auctions Live Online Bidding registration is open or closed.

Helpful Tip

Use the indicators as a quick visual check when reviewing multiple lots. You do not need to open each individual listing to identify the current Online Bidding Registration status.
