Bidder Registration

Send email notifications to registered bidders directly from the platform. Use this feature when you need to share important auction updates with multiple bidders at the same time.

Sending Mass Notifications to Registered Bidders

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console and navigate to your Dashboard.

Step 2: Locate the relevant property from the All Upcoming / All Past tab.

Step 3: Select the Assigned tab, locate the relevant property, then click the blue View icon.

Step 4: Navigate to the Registered / Pre Registered Bidders tab.

Step 5: Select Send Mass Notifications.

Step 6: Select the bidder group you want to notify.

Step 7: Enter the relevant subject and notification message.

Step 8: Review the notification details and select Send.

Helpful Tip

Select the appropriate bidder group before sending your notification to ensure the message is only sent to the intended audience.
