When you create a Multi-Lot Auction, you are required to set a Publish Status. This determines how the auction appears on your Hosted Website Widget and whether the Control Panel and Presentation are activated. The status can be updated at any time.

Understanding the Publish Statuses of Multi-Lot Auctions

Draft - Activates the Multi-Lot Control Panel and accompanying Presentation.

Publish - Adds all listings associated with the Multi-Lot Auction to your Hosted Website Widget and activates the Multi-Lot Control Panel and accompanying Presentation.

Completed - Removes all listings associated with the Multi-Lot Auction from your Hosted Website Widget and disengages the Multi-Lot Control Panel and accompanying Presentation.

Steps to Updating the Publish Status of a Multi-Lot Auction

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console and go to your Auctions Live Dashboard.

Step 2: From the left-hand menu under Multi-Lot Auctions, select from either Drafts, Upcoming Published, Past Published or Completed.

Step 3: Locate the relevant Multi-Lot Auction and click the blue Edit icon on the right-hand side.

Step 4: On the Multi-Lot Auction Edit page, locate the Publish Status dropdown list, select the new status, then click the green Update button to save your changes.
