Deliver structured auction campaigns that accelerate stock turnover, broaden buyer reach, and provide clearer market feedback across vehicles and vessels.

Auctions Live enables automotive and marine dealerships to run professional auction campaigns using the same enterprise-grade infrastructure trusted by real estate agencies and corporate groups. Designed to operate alongside traditional retail sales, the platform provides a controlled, transparent auction environment while allowing dealerships to retain full commercial control.

By combining electronic bidder registration, online bidding, live streaming, and structured reporting, dealerships can introduce competitive sales campaigns without relying on third-party auction houses or surrendering brand ownership.

Why Auctions Work for Vehicles and Boats.

Vehicles and vessels are often priced through negotiation, comparable listings, or adjusted asking prices over time. Auctions introduce a defined campaign structure that allows the market to reveal demand within a controlled timeframe.

Types of Stock That Suit Auction Campaigns.

Auctions are particularly effective where pricing is uncertain, stock is ageing, or buyer demand is fragmented.

How a Typical Dealer Auction Campaign Works.

Auctions Live integrates into normal dealership operations without disrupting retail processes.

Auction Styles We Support.

Auctions Live provides flexibility depending on stock profile and campaign strategy.

Powering Admin Teams.

Administrative efficiency is critical in dealership environments where stock movement directly impacts cash flow.

Supporting Marketing Teams & Stock Exposure.

Auctions introduce new marketing dynamics beyond fixed-price listings.

  • Interactive Website Widget
Host auctions directly on your website, maintaining brand ownership and avoiding external marketplace redirection.
  • Broadcast auctions to remote buyers, extending exposure beyond physical attendance.
  • Countdowns, bidding activity, and results provide structured content for social channels and database communication.
  • Run one auction broadcast across the key viewing environments that support a live auction campaign. Registered bidders receive the low-latency stream they need to bid with confidence, website viewers receive a branded viewing experience, boardroom and vendor room screens stay connected to the live event, and Facebook viewers can follow through a familiar social channel.

Strengthening Sales Teams.

Auctions provide sales teams with a structured selling environment that reduces prolonged negotiation cycles.

Auctions Live is a technology provider only. We develop and supply the software, digital infrastructure, and related services that businesses may choose to use to support their auction activities. Auctions Live does not conduct, control, manage, administer, or participate in auctions, and does not act as the seller, auctioneer, agent, broker, intermediary, or principal in any transaction.

Each business using the platform is solely responsible for ensuring it has the legal authority to offer assets for sale by auction and for determining whether an appropriately licensed auctioneer or any other approvals, licences, permits, or regulatory requirements apply. Users must ensure that all auctions are conducted in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, industry codes, and compliance obligations within the relevant jurisdiction.

All aspects of the auction and subsequent transaction remain the sole responsibility of the business conducting the auction. This includes, without limitation, asset ownership, authority to sell, auction conduct, bidder eligibility and approval, reserve pricing, contract formation, payments, invoicing, settlement, collection, delivery or dispatch, transfer of ownership, warranties, consumer obligations, dispute resolution, and all customer service responsibilities.

The use of the Auctions Live platform does not transfer or diminish any legal or regulatory obligations of the business conducting the auction. Each business remains solely responsible for complying with all applicable legislative, taxation, licensing, consumer protection, and industry-specific requirements relevant to its operations.

  • Auctions Live provides the technology that enables your business to conduct professional live, online, onsite, in-room and timed auctions. While we deliver the auction platform and bidder engagement tools, we are not an auction house, dealer, broker or agent, and we do not participate in the commercial transaction between buyers and sellers.

Your business remains responsible for managing all commercial and operational aspects of each sale. This includes complying with applicable laws and licensing requirements, preparing vendor and buyer agreements, issuing invoices, collecting payments, completing settlement, arranging collection or delivery of assets, managing customer enquiries, administering any applicable warranties and maintaining your own financial records and reporting obligations.

This separation allows automotive dealerships, marine brokers, commercial asset specialists, luxury goods businesses, livestock operators and other professional sellers to retain complete control over their sales process while leveraging enterprise-grade auction technology to connect buyers, facilitate competitive bidding and deliver a seamless auction experience.
