Why should I design the Bid Page first?

You should design the Bid Page first because it acts as the master layout for the entire presentation. It typically contains the highest number of elements, including listing details, images, pricing, agent information, and status indicators. Creating this layout first helps establish consistent styling, spacing, and structure that can be reused across other presentation pages.

The recommended workflow is to first upload assets, then set brand colours, and finally begin building the Bid Page.

This process helps maintain consistent branding, reduces the need for redesigning later, and creates a reusable structure for additional presentation pages.

The Bid Page should commonly include:

Agency Logo for branding and presentation consistency.

Lot Number for property identification during the auction.

Property Address using automatically populated listing data fields.

Main Property Image to visually showcase the listing.

Feature Icons displaying property highlights such as bedrooms, bathrooms, or car spaces.

Auction Status indicators such as On Market or Sold stickers.

Call Signs used by the auctioneer or presentation team.

Bid Price and current bidding information.

Yield Percentage where applicable for investment properties.

Agent Details including agent names and contact information.

All elements can be selected from the Resource Menu, and presentation data updates automatically from connected property listings within Auctions Live.
