Download Scribed Bid Records

How to download your auction bid record history as a PDF

You can download the scribed bid record history for an auction from the property page in the Auctions Live PC Console. The record can be opened or saved as a PDF for your records.

Steps to Download Scribed Bid Record History

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.

Step 2: From the left hand menu, select All Upcoming or All Past, depending on whether the auction is scheduled to take place or has already been conducted.

Step 3: Select the Assigned tab, locate the relevant property, then click the blue View icon.

Step 4: Select the Quick Stats tab at the top of the property page. This displays the auction information and scribed bid record history.

Step 5: On the Quick Stats page, click the green Print button in the top right corner of the page.

If you require the bid record document to be signed, printing the document is recommended.

The bid record page will automatically update if additional auction or listing information is entered, including the Reserve, Viewers, External Bidders, Auctioneer, Status and other available auction information.

Step 6: Depending on your browser settings, the scribed bid record history will either open as a PDF in your browser or download automatically as a PDF file.

Important Note

The way the PDF is displayed or downloaded is controlled by your browser settings.
