Yes. Key Stream Studio functions can be controlled remotely through the Multi-Lot / In-Room Control Panel. This allows an authorised operator to manage the stream without being at the computer running Stream Studio

The Multi-Lot/In-Room Control Panel can be used to control:

• Start and stop the live stream
• Pause and resume the stream
• Mute and unmute the microphone
• Turn presentation audio on or off
• Manage presentation audio
• Switch between configured scenes

Stream Studio settings that are not available as controls in the Multi-Lot / In-Room Control Panel must still be managed directly within Stream Studio. This includes functions such as selecting and configuring cameras, cropping or resizing the camera, changing layouts and configuring individual camera settings.

Remote control is useful when one operator is managing the auction from the Multi-Lot/  In-Room Control Panel while another person is monitoring or operating Stream Studio from a separate computer.

Important: Stream Studio must be enabled on your account before access is available. Please speak with your RE Software representative to have this feature enabled.

Once enabled, you can access Stream Studio after logging in by clicking the Grid Icon located in the top right corner of the webpage, then selecting Stream Studio.
