How Agency Representatives can View and Access Assigned Phone Bidders
View phone bidders and assignment details from the Mobile Console
Agency representatives who have access to the Mobile Console can view the phone bidders assigned to them directly from their mobile device. This allows representatives to quickly identify the buyers they are responsible for contacting during the auction.
Steps to Access Assigned Phone Bidders
Step 1: Log in to the Mobile Console.
Step 2: From the homepage, locate Assigned Phone Bidders.
Step 3: Select Assigned Phone Bidders to view the buyers who have been allocated to you.
Step 4: Select a buyer to view their details and communicate with them as required.
The number displayed next to Assigned Phone Bidders indicates the total number of phone bidders currently assigned to the representative.
Viewing Assigned Phone Bidders from an Auction
Agency representatives can also view their assigned phone bidders from an individual auction.
Step 1: Open the relevant auction in the Mobile Console.
Step 2: Select Bidding.
Step 3: Open the Bidder List.
Step 4: Locate the relevant buyer. The assigned agency representative will be displayed on the buyer's bidder card.
Important Notes
The first buyer displayed on a bidder card is identified as the primary buyer.
If a bidder registration is updated and a different agency representative is assigned, email notifications are automatically sent to the relevant parties. The buyer and the previously assigned representative will receive notification of the change. The newly assigned representative will receive an email confirming their assignment.
Email notifications are managed under Settings > Advanced. For these notifications to be sent, Selling Agent Associates must be enabled and the relevant Selling Agent Notifications and Assigned Associates notification settings must be configured.
