Multi-Lot Auction Prezo Sequence
Learn how Prezo Studio presentations flow during auctions
When creating a Multi Lot Auction, the selected lots, recently sold lots, media, and presentation settings will affect how the Prezo Studio presentation sequence is displayed.
This sequence is designed to support the live auction workflow and help entertain the physical audience before the auction event begins.
Important Note
The sequence may vary depending on the selections made by the Control Panel operator during the auction.
Intro Loop Sequence
By default, each slide in the Intro Loop displays for 10 seconds (this duration depends on what has been set in the Prezo Builder at the time of creating the template; it remains consistent throughout the presentation and cannot be modified per slide.) and repeats until the operator moves to the next presentation stage.
The standard Intro Loop sequence is:
- Welcome from Intro Loop Title Pages
- Recently Sold from Intro Loop Title Pages, if recently sold lots were added when creating the auction
- Each recently sold lot from Auction Lot Pages, if recently sold lots were added when creating the auction
- Today’s Auction from Intro Loop Title Pages
- Each current auction lot from Auction Lot Pages
- Advertising slides or videos, if added through the account settings and available for the selected account level
Auction Terms Sequence
The Auction Terms sequence is controlled using the purple Auction Terms button in the Control Panel.
This navigates to the Terms Page within General Pages, where the auction terms and conditions are displayed.
During the Bidding Sequence
During the live auction, the Control Panel operator can move through each lot and display the required presentation pages as bidding progresses.
A typical bidding sequence is:
- Lot Intro displays the Holding Page from General Pages
- Next displays the Intro Property page from Auction Lot Pages
- Next displays the property video if uploaded, or remaining property images only
- Lot Bid Page displays the Bid Page from Auction Lot Pages
Bid Page Display Information
The Bid Page may initially display limited property and agency information, including:
- Property Address
- Agent Details
- Property Images
- Agency Logo
- Features
As bidding data is entered into the Control Panel, additional live auction information can appear on the Bid Page, including:
- Bids
- Yield
- Call Signs
- On The Market status
- Auction result status such as Sold, Passed In, or Under Negotiation
Outro Loop Sequence
By default, each slide in the Outro Loop displays for 10 seconds (this duration depends on what has been set in the Prezo Builder at the time of creating the template; it remains consistent throughout the presentation and cannot be modified per slide.) and repeats until the presentation is stopped or moved forward by the operator.
The standard Outro Loop sequence is:
- Thank You from Outro Loop Title Pages
- Each property lot from Auction Lot Pages using the Outro Property page
- Advertising slides or videos, if added through the account settings and available for the selected account level
Additional Scene Content
Scenes may include videos, images, and stickers such as 1920 x 1080 GIFs. These can be used as additional visual content during the auction presentation.
Scenes are generally treated as an additional service and may involve an additional expense depending on the setup required.
Once selected, scene content can be displayed at any time using either Autoplay or Manual mode.
OBS Layer Note
The OBS Layer follows the same general presentation sequence, however the display may vary depending on the Control Panel operator’s selections and the broadcast layout being used.
