System Settings > Multi-Lot Auctions

You can add and manage Terms and Conditions multimedia within your Multi-Lot Presentation to create a clear and professional in-room display. This allows you to control the images shown to attendees before or during the auction.

Add and Manage Terms and Conditions Multimedia

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console.

Step 2: Click the Gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

Step 3: Select Terms & Conditions under the Presentation Multimedia section from the left-hand menu.

Step 4: Click the blue + Add Images button, then drag and drop one or multiple files into the upload window.

Step 5: Click the green Add button to save your images.

Step 6: Click the green Re Order button to rearrange images or select files to delete.

Important Notes

Use images with a minimum resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and an aspect ratio of 16:9.

Ensure each file does not exceed 30MB in size.

This feature is not available if your office is using Prezo Studio.

Helpful Tip

Keep your Terms and Conditions slides simple and easy to read from a distance. Avoid overcrowding images with too much text to ensure clarity during live presentations.
