Introducing Prezo Studio
Dynamic auction presentations built for modern event teams
At Auctions Live, innovation has always been focused on helping auctioneers, agencies and event teams deliver more professional, engaging and efficient auction experiences.
As part of that continued commitment, we are excited to introduce Prezo Studio, a dynamic presentation builder designed specifically for the Auctions Live clients.
Prezo Studio gives offices, marketing teams and auction houses the ability to design, manage and control their own in room and multi lot auction presentations through an intuitive drag and drop editor.
A Smarter Way to Build Auction Presentations
For many agencies already using Auctions Live, auction presentations have traditionally been managed through custom presentation setups created and updated by the Auctions Live development team.
While this approach delivered highly customised auction experiences, presentation changes, layout updates and ongoing adjustments often required support requests and manual implementation.
Prezo Studio has been purpose built to give agencies and auction teams far greater control over that process.
Rather than relying on developer updates for presentation changes, offices can now manage and update their own auction presentations internally through a dynamic drag and drop editor, while still leveraging the connected listing data and live auction workflows already powered by Auctions Live.
Because it connects directly with property listing data inside Auctions Live, presentation templates can automatically populate key listing information such as property addresses, images, pricing, agent details, feature icons and auction statuses.
The result is a smarter, faster and far more scalable way to prepare auction presentations, especially for offices and auction houses managing multiple properties or high volume auction events.
Built for Modern Auction Workflows
One of the key advantages of Prezo Studio is its dynamic template structure.
Rather than creating individual slides for every listing, users can build reusable layouts that automatically update using connected listing data from Auctions Live. This allows agencies and auction houses to maintain consistent branding, styling and presentation quality across every event.
The platform has been designed around real auction workflows, including:
- Dynamic bid pages connected to live property data
- Drag and drop slide editing
- Reusable presentation elements
- Brand colour management
- Asset libraries for logos, graphics, GIFs and media
- Layer management and design locking
- Multi lot presentation support
- Live presentation preview and scribing controls
The experience has been intentionally designed to feel familiar to users who have worked with tools such as Canva. Anyone comfortable using modern drag and drop design software will quickly understand how to build and manage presentations inside Prezo Studio.
Designed for Offices and Auction Houses
Prezo Studio has been developed to support both individual agency offices and larger auction operations.
Marketing teams can create branded templates once and continue reusing them across future events, while auction teams can manage live presentation workflows with greater consistency and professionalism.
This makes Prezo Studio particularly valuable for:
- Agency marketing teams
- Auction coordinators
- In room auction event managers
- Multi lot auction houses
- Corporate real estate groups
Why Prezo Studio Is Labelled as BETA
Although Prezo Studio is fully available in production and actively being used by clients today, it is currently still labelled as BETA.
This is intentional.
The platform is evolving rapidly, with new features, workflow improvements and usability enhancements being added on a continual monthly basis. The Auctions Live team is focused on refining usability, expanding functionality and developing additional presentation tools based directly on real world client feedback.
Because the product continues to evolve quickly, we have intentionally delayed the creation of extensive long form training videos and detailed onboarding material until core workflows and feature sets are more finalised.
The current focus remains on:
- Rapid feature development
- Client feedback integration
- Usability refinement
- Workflow optimisation
- Expanding presentation functionality
Continuing the Evolution of AuctionTech
The launch of Prezo Studio represents another major step forward in Auctions Live’s ongoing investment into modern AuctionTech solutions.
As auction events continue to evolve into more sophisticated and media driven experiences, the need for flexible, scalable and dynamic presentation systems continues to grow.
Prezo Studio has been built specifically to meet those changing expectations, giving agencies and auction houses a more professional way to manage the visual presentation of their auction events.
This is only the beginning.
With continual development already underway, Prezo Studio will keep expanding as part of the broader Auctions Live ecosystem, helping agencies and auction houses create more engaging, consistent and professionally managed auction experiences into the future.
