Bidder Registration

Send notifications only to bidders whose registration is currently pending. Use this feature when you need to provide updates or reminders to bidders waiting for registration approval.

Sending Notifications to Pending Registered Bidders

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console and navigate to your Dashboard.

Step 2: Locate the relevant property from the All Upcoming / All Past tab.

Step 3: Select the Assigned tab, locate the relevant property, then click the blue View icon.

Step 4: Navigate to the Registered / Pre Registered Bidders tab.

Step 5: Select Send Mass Notifications.

Step 6: Select Notify Bidder with Pending Registration as the bidder group.

Step 7: Enter the relevant subject and notification message.

Step 8: Review the notification details and select Send.

Helpful Tip

Use this option when you only need to communicate with bidders who are waiting for registration approval.
