Stream Studio is available for multi-lot, in-room auctions that use the presentation workflow. If you cannot see Stream Studio, check that the auction and presentation meet these requirements and that Auctions Live Stream Pro was enabled when the live stream was created.

Stream Studio can be accessed from the relevant auction presentation or through the Grid icon in Auctions Live.

Check the following:

• The auction is a supported multi-lot / in-room auction.
• The auction is using the supported presentation workflow.
• Auctions Live Stream Pro was enabled when the live stream was created.
• You are working with the correct auction and presentation.

If these requirements are met and Stream Studio is still not available, contact your Auctions Live representative for assistance.

Important: Stream Studio must be enabled on your account before access is available. Please speak with your RE Software representative to have this feature enabled.

Once enabled, you can access Stream Studio after logging in by clicking the Grid Icon located in the top right corner of the webpage, then selecting Stream Studio.
